IF THE CLIENT CANCELS THE RESERVATION CONTRACT:

If such cancellation occurs, the following penalty will be charged:
- If there are more than 14 days before the check-in date, the reservation will be cancelled without any cost or penalty.
- Between 14 days and the check-in date, 100% of the penalty will be charged.
- There will be no CREDIT if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.

MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE COMPANY:

In the event that, for unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied by the guest, the company will make other accommodation of equal or superior characteristics available to the client without reimbursement by either party.

Personal data is collected and managed by Quartier Luxury Villas and Residences in order to be able to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or for the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter fills out or to attend to a request or consultation.

Likewise, the data may be used for a commercial personalization, operational and statistical purpose, and activities of the corporate purpose of Quartier Luxury Villas and Residences, as well as for the extraction, storage of data and marketing studies to adapt the Content offered to the User, as well as improve the quality, operation and navigation of the Website.

At the time the personal data is obtained, the User will be informed about the specific purpose or purposes of the treatment to which the personal data will be used; that is, the use or uses that will be given to the information collected.

The User's personal data will not be shared with any recipient or other third parties.
